My test is running but no visitors are showing up.

The VariantPro app embed almost certainly is not switched on. Open Setup in the dashboard and use the theme editor link, or go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → Theme settings → App embeds and turn VariantPro on.

Will visitors see the wrong page flash before the redirect?

No. The decision runs in the page head before anything is painted, and it needs no network request, so the redirect happens before the original page renders.

Do my UTM parameters survive the redirect?

Yes. The query string and hash are carried across, so utm_source, fbclid, gclid and anything else reach the variant page intact.

Does a visitor stay on the same version if they come back?

Yes. The assignment is stored in a first-party cookie and is also derived from a hash of the visitor and the test, so the same person lands on the same version even if the cookie is cleared.

When should I call a winner?

When confidence reaches 95% and both variants have enough visitors. The dashboard tells you how many more are needed. Ending earlier usually picks noise.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin, or manage the subscription under Settings → Apps and sales channels. Billing stops immediately; there is nothing to cancel with us separately.
